Job Description
Loading and unloading helpers are responsible for physically moving items in and out of vehicles, ensuring goods are safely transported, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. They work under the direction of supervisors or drivers, handling a variety of tasks related to loading, unloading, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities:
Loading and Unloading:Physically handling the loading and unloading of items, including lifting, carrying, and placing items on vehicles or designated storage areas.
Vehicle Safety:Ensuring the safe loading of goods, proper securing of items to prevent damage or shifting during transit, and assisting with backing up trucks.
Inventory Management:Assisting with inventory checks, sorting and organizing goods, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing items.
Warehouse Operations:Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, potentially operating equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks, and adhering to safety protocols.
Communication and Collaboration:Communicating with drivers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure efficient operations, and assisting with customer interactions if needed.
Following Instructions:Adhering to established procedures for loading, unloading, and maintaining the warehouse, including safety regulations.
Physical Demands:This role often involves physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and repetitive tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
