• Skilled in legal writing to draft documents, contracts, and pleadings.
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret laws, regulations, and case law effectively.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and legal arguments.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist in maintaining courtroom etiquette by preparing and organizing documents for trials and hearings.
• Draft pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents with precision and adherence to legal standards.

Location- Remote/India
• 5-10 Years of Experience as a Performance Tester preferably working in Insurance and Financial Services.
• Design, develop, and execute performance test strategy, test plans and test cases.
• Utilize LoadRunner (Preferred tool) to conduct performance testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in developing and executing performance test scripts.
• Ability to analyze requirements, Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve performance issues.
• Generate detailed performance testing reports and insights.
• Continuously improve performance testing processes and methodologies.
• Ensure that performance testing aligns with project requirements and timelines.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
• Analytical and detail oriented. Should have experience in performing client facing roles.
