Job description
Job Summary:
As a Loan Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and selling loan products to clients, including personal loans, business loan, home loans, auto loans, and other financing solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Your role includes generating new leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and approach potential clients through various channels, referrals, networking events, and online platforms. Sales Pitch: Present loan products to clients, explaining the features, benefits, and terms of each product, and assisting clients in choosing the right loan solution. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application process. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and increasing loan disbursement volumes. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new financial products to provide clients with the best loan options available. Loan Processing: Assist clients in completing loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is provided, and following up with the underwriting team for approval. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and loan applications. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback to management. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or banking. Experience in selling loan products is highly desirable. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge: Good understanding of financial products, loan processes, and the regulatory environment. Key Competencies: 1. Customer-oriented approach 2. Sales-driven and target-oriented 3. Strong problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work under pressure 5. Good organizational skills and attention to detail Work Environment: 1. Field-based with occasional travel to meet clients. 2. May require working extended hours to meet sales targets.
