Designation - Business Development Officer (Loan Officer)
Location - Santacruz
Experience - Min 1+ Year into Loan sales
Thorough understanding of the Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL Sales market.
Any Gender
Role -
Responsible for generating revenue through Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL sales.
To Generate business through DSA / Channel partner/Developer/Connectors & Open Market.
Handle the Builders / Architects / Contractors / Chartered Accountants to generate business.
Devise and implement a customer acquisition and retention program.
To ensure a high level of customer service.
Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets
Responsible for achieving team/branch business targets.
To ensure that each employee is productive each month.
Achieve high employee satisfaction and retention of good performers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
