Job Description : lControl and manage all walking's at the branch. lUnderstand the customer need and accordingly route to the right staff. lIn case the staff is occupied, have the customer seated and ensure they are made comfortable. lMake the best use of the time and speak to the customers waiting and explain to them other products available. lIdentify the need and upsell products such as Home loans, Personal loans, Vehicle loans, Insurance, etc. lEnter all leads in CBS and constant follow-up until closures.
