About the Role
The Financial Resilience Officer will work closely with our partners to identify and address the underlying root causes of poverty, developing solutions that benefit our residents in the long term. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Your Skills and Experience
Good standard of education (GCSEs or equivalent)
Knowledge of Welfare Benefits, Council Tax, and debt recovery legislation
Up-to-date knowledge of Housing, local, and national policies
Ability to review finances and budgets to help residents maximise income and minimise expenditure
