About the Role
At Kenko, we help fitness, wellness, and boutique studio brands grow through structured local SEO systems that combine Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, website SEO, and CRM-driven analytics. We’re looking for a Local SEO & Growth Strategist who can translate search visibility into measurable business outcomes. In this role, you’ll work closely with onboarding, marketing, product, and analytics teams to optimize studio profiles, websites, and conversion funnels—ensuring every impression, click, call, and booking is trackable and contributes to growth.
What You’ll Do
• Audit and optimize Google Business Profiles to achieve Top 3 local pack rankings for high-intent searches
• Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and demographic analysis (TAM / SAM / SOM) to identify studio-level growth opportunities
• Own on-page SEO, metadata, schema, and internal linking for high-performing service pages
• Build and refine local landing pages designed to convert visitors into bookings
• Partner with product and CRM teams to ensure end-to-end tracking across GBP, website, and analytics tools
• Create and maintain dashboards that connect visibility, leads, and revenue attribution
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, local ranking factors, and SEO best practices
• Translate complex SEO and analytics data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders
What You Bring
• 1–3 years of experience in Local SEO, Performance Marketing, or Digital Growth roles
• Demonstrated success improving GBP rankings and organic conversions for service-based businesses
• Strong understanding of local search ranking factors and conversion funnel optimization
• Hands-on experience with:
• Google Business Profile Manager / API
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Search Console
• Google Ads Keyword Planner
• Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, Screaming Frog
• CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to tie SEO performance to revenue outcomes
• Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical concepts clearly and build client trust
