You will be responsible Locomotive Testing andCommissioning work at Chittranjan locomotive works west Bengal.
The responsibilities willinclude:
·Providing technical support to Authorized service provider ServiceEngineer as well as customer.
·Consistently managingthe customer relationship for smooth execution of the orders.
·Coordinate on-site& off-site activities to ensure proper work progress.
·Responsibleto closing customer issues on time.
·Hands on experience ofmanaging Indian Railways customers.
• Leading all discussions and interfaces within the organization and towards customer stakeholders
• Consolidationof commissioning data Quality issues data and other required data and sharingto respective team and define action plan to implementation in filed.
• Hardware/softwareissues data re-consolidation.

·Managing the key KPIsof execution viz. Quality, Cost and Time
·Authorized service provider service Engineer movement control forrailway Production unit (CLW, PLW & BLW).
Use your skills to move the worldforward.
• Degree in Electronics &Communication Engineering OR E&E (Electrical Engineering) completed by recognized University and good understanding ofelectrical Schematic, logic and controls.
• Teamleading capability and minimum experience of 5 - years of 3 phase electriclocomotives products Services.
• Demonstrableexpertise in Troubleshooting of rolling stock Equipment's, fault findinganalysis in terms of drive propulsion system (preferably IR 3 phase Electriclocomotives will be added advantage).
• Expertisein Troubleshooting of IGBT based Drive Propulsion system as well of 3 phaselocomotives.
• Goodunderstanding of electrical installations of propulsion system in locomotives.
• AWell-structured approach to problem solving and ability to learn fast.
• Ability towork effectively in close collaboration with multidisciplinary team's internalstake holder.
• Good communication skills inEnglish, Hindi both written and spoken, other languages are an advantage.
