Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role and partially work from Home based in Ahmedabad for a Freight Forwarding Documentation Specialist. The role involves preparing and managing export documentation, coordinating with customers, coordinating with truckers and ensuring compliance with freight forwarding procedures. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with shipping lines, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth shipment handling.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Forwarding and Freight Forwarding processes and procedures
Experience in Export documentation and Freight Transportation
Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to manage client interactions effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in standard office software and documentation tools
Understanding of relevant shipping regulations and compliance requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics is an asset
Minimum Experience of 3-5 Years is required.
Good Knowledge of USA Tradelane
Very Good English Communication skills
Job Timings: 6:30 pm to 4:00 am (Night Job)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Shilaj, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
