Position: Accountant
Reporting to Business Head
CTC Budget:- 3.0 L - 3.5 L
Its a Lighting Company and Hospitality at Andheri East Marol Naka Mumbai
The Managing Director is based at Dubai but comes to India (Mumbai) every month
The probable candidate should have in-depth understanding of professional Accountancy , Accounts and should have good Experience and knowledge of Tally.
Accounts professional with B -Com graduation and a Minimum of 4 years experience in Accounting job with Proficiency in tally, Tally Prime , Good at excel knowledge , Good - coordinator , GST Conservant ,
. Also should have good communication skills in English
JD OF Accountant Profile:-
Brief Job Description of the Work:-
1. To Operate accounting in Tally Prime
2. Day to day petty expenses
3. Bank Reconciliation on daily basis
4. GST Return working and its filing on the respective dates.
5. Sales invoicing and Purchase recording into tally
6. Delivery note generation for samples, replacement,
7. Stock entries into Tally and its utilisation
8. Follow up with customer for pending payments
+. Making payments thru bank,
10. Salary preparation and TDS payment
11. Reporting of MIS on daily basis to management
12. Making of vouchers for expenses paid
Education Qualification:-B-Com Graduate
Permanent Office work
Working Time: -General Office Timings + - 6
Days of the week Working: -5 days a week and 2nd and 4th Saturday off
Reporting to: -Business Head
Need Experience of:-4 Yrs
Work Place Office Location: -Andheri E Marol Naka
