The primary duties of the Talent Acquisition Manager include:
• Developing and implementing recruiting strategies: The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies that align with the firm's overall business objectives. This involves identifying potential sources of talent through various job portals, building relationships with key stakeholders, clients etc.
Building candidate pipelines:
Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for open executive positions. This involves leveraging networks, building relationships with potential candidates, and proactively sourcing new talent.
Managing the recruitment process:
is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to final offer negotiation. This includes reviewing resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and negotiating job offers.
Ensuring compliance:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for ensuring that all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
Developing relationships with clients:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, including developing a deep understanding of their needs, advising them on talent acquisition strategies, and delivering high-quality candidate pools.
Managing the recruitment team:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing a team of recruiters, ensuring that they are meeting their targets, and providing guidance and support as needed.
Monitoring recruitment metrics:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, and using this data to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
To be successful in this role, the Talent Acquisition Manager should have a deep understanding of executive search best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
