Grayson Luxury, a premier name in the luxury home furnishings industry, is seeking a dynamic and sophisticated Sales & Design Consultant to join our flagship showroom in Beverly Hills. This is a career opportunity for an individual with a passion for high-end design and a proven talent for sales to represent our curated collection of over 25,000 exclusive home decor styles.
As a key ambassador for our brand, you will guide discerning clients through their design journey, transforming their visions into reality. You will leverage our extensive resources—including showrooms in Beverly Hills and Santa Ana and a robust e-commerce platform—to build lasting relationships and a thriving personal client book.
About the Role:
You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service across both in-store and digital channels, building lasting relationships with discerning clientele, and achieving sales targets. This role encourages proactive business development, allowing you to cultivate your own unique design niche and build a loyal client base.
Key Responsibilities
Design-Led Sales:
Serve as a trusted design advisor to in-store and digital clients, providing expert knowledge of our product lines, customization options, and latest design trends.
Translate client needs into compelling design proposals using mood boards, floor plans, and other visualization tools.
Conduct personalized in-home consultations to provide an elevated, white-glove service experience.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and nurture a loyal client base through proactive outreach, exceptional follow-up, and personalized communication via phone, email, text, and video.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to creating quotes, processing payments, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Business Development:
Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset to develop your unique design niche and build your personal brand within the Grayson Living ecosystem.
Actively prospect new leads and drive business through company-supported marketing campaigns and personal networking.
Showroom Excellence:
Uphold the visual and operational standards of our luxury showroom, ensuring all product information, pricing, and merchandising are impeccable.
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a seamless client experience, from order entry to post-sale support and delivery coordination.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2+ years of proven success in luxury furniture sales, high-end retail, or interior design.
A sophisticated eye for design and a genuine passion for luxury home furnishings.
An entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to build your own business and client portfolio.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a discerning clientele.
Proficiency with digital tools, including CRM platforms, Google Suite, and email communication.
Poise and professionalism in managing client needs and resolving issues.
Availability to work a full-time schedule, 5 days per week, including Saturdays.
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus a lucrative, uncapped commission structure.

Showroom Hours: Monday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Schedule: Availability to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays
