Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Able to do programming and Maintenance of
Fanuc Robots, Siemens PLC, Servo Drives, HMI, SCADA,IOT
Able to do Preventive maintenance and Breakdwon Maintenance of
Chain Conveyors, Bewell Gears, Pneuamtics, Servo Slides, Gantry, geametry alignments.
Should have hands on experiance in Assmebly Line Maintenance and Testing Shop.
Hands on experiance with critical processes like IPG laser welding, Robotics, Servo Press, Sealant dispensing, End of Line (EOL) Testers
Responsible to maintain MTTR, MTBF with uptime of prodcution lines based on target given.
Good if have basic knowldge of Battery Module and power pack assembly. But Assmebly line Maintenance is MUST.
Should own Preventive maintanance, TPM, Spares Management and Calibration of process equipement.
Should work on improvements projects to upkeep and cater zero losses on account of maintenance.
