Job Description
You will utilize your trade and building skills and knowledge to review and accurately process contractor claims, ensuring that appropriate maintenance processes are undertaken, measured against agreed contractual and service delivery standards.
Responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality service to contractors in relation to vacated and responsive maintenance works
Assessing contractor queries for vacated and responsive maintenance services and making decisions based on established policies, procedures, legislation, and regulations specific to the role
Reviewing and accurately processing contractor claims to ensure compliance with contractual and service delivery standards
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also possess a strong understanding of trade and building practices, as well as relevant legislation and regulations.
