Century 21 Dorar Realty, a well-established Real Estate Brokerage located on Coral Way for more than 48 years, is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Agents to join our team. With over four decades of experience, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and fostering a positive work environment where everyone helps each other. No prior experience is necessary as we offer free training every week to help you get started. This job is commission based. The sky is the limit to what you can earn.

Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and build client relationships through various methods such as prospecting, open houses, and networking events
• Provide advice to clients on Buying, Selling, and Renting properties
• Guide clients through the Buying/Selling process, negotiate contracts, and ensure a smooth transaction
• Stay informed of current Real Estate market conditions and local property values
• Attend Continuing Education courses to maintain and enhance professional skills
Requirements:
• Must have a valid Florida Real Estate license or be in the process of obtaining one
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
