English spoken, Computer knowledge, Mall Operations,
Mall operation executives would have overlooked overall operations and
maintenance of the entire building infrastructure including the
services & utilities ensuring that they are used in the way that are
consistent with the purpose for which it was acquired. Mall operations
executives must coordinate with the various departments & retailers to
give customers delightful shopping experiences.
Job Description.
- Responsible for handling the mall operations desk.
- Coordinate with agency's for deployment/task completions/attendance
verification/ grooming/ briefing etc.
- Responsible for conducting mall rounds at the start of every shift.
- Conducting of Retailer's Audit
- Maintaining Lost and Found records
- Conducting rounds of fit out stores and checking safety parameters.
- Responsible for maintaining mall operations asset inventory
- Collecting and updating DSR.
- Guiding customers to their requirements & queries.
- Handling retailer's complaints.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
