Core Responsibilities
Responsible for carrying out client requests such as trades, withdrawals, and generating updated client documentation within SLAs.
Supports carrying out daily control checks to ensure the proper functioning of Managed Services, where required.
Provide support with ad-hoc data analysis tasks to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
