Job Description
As a Management Accountant at our Finance department in Noida, India (WFO), your primary role will involve optimizing our financial management policies. You will be responsible for performing financial analysis, preparing forecasts, and providing strategic planning advice to senior management. Your expertise in financial accounting and business management will be crucial in driving sustained business growth.
Your key responsibilities will include gathering and interpreting information to assess the efficiency of financial procedures, analyzing key financial data to support strategic planning decisions, and preparing financial reports and budgets with detailed reconciliations and variance analysis. You will also need to possess a deep understanding of trial balance scrutiny, including accruals and provisions, and maintain effective communication with entity owners for timely book closures.
Moreover, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our financial management policies and procedures comply with regulatory standards while staying updated on regulatory requirements and best practices in management accounting. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, proficiency in business management, MS Excel modeling, PowerPoint presentations, and accounting software (knowledge of Unit-4 is a plus), extensive knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations, and a minimum of 3 to 8 years of relevant experience.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong mathematical and analytical aptitude, superb leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration and communication abilities, effective time management skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, exceptional attention to detail, and preferably hold a Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) qualification.,
