Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Management Accountant in Sydney or Adelaide. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in supporting financial operations and reporting. Reporting to Finance Team Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Support the Accounting Services team in a high-performance culture environment ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance
Contribute to accurate recording of revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities while maintaining compliance with accounting standards
Play an integral part in the month-end process to ensure all transactions are recorded in a timely fashion
Support Order-To-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay processes, troubleshooting and resolving issues
Maintain accurate and timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field (required);
Must be studying towards or CPA or CA qualified.
Experience in financial management and accounting.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
