We are seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role plays a critical part in analysing business performance, delivering strategic insights, and supporting decision-making across the group. You will partner with operational leaders to drive financial outcomes through proactive analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare clear, insightful management reports that monitor business performance across brands and departments.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and commentary.
Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and commercially sound recommendations.
Conduct profitability analysis, margin reviews, and cost optimisation assessments.
Perform scenario modelling and support investment, pricing and project-related decision-making.
Interpret financial data and present findings in a clear, actionable format to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Drive improvements in financial planning tools, dashboards, and reporting processes.
Support the continuous enhancement of financial systems and operational efficiencies.
Skills & Experience Required:
Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or CA qualification (or working towards).
3+ years' experience in a management accounting or commercial finance role.
Strong business acumen with the ability to link financial data to operational performance.
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
