Absolute have recently been instructed to identify a qualified interim management accountant to join a Financial Service business based in West London.
This opportunity will start on an interim basis, but should you do a great job, there is the opportunity for a permanent position.
The role is a traditional management accountant position and will require the successful incumbent to carry out accounts preparation as well as perform month end close, commentary and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly, and annual financial reports including presenting financial information to both finance and non finance professionals
• Responsible for the month end close including posting journals, balance sheet reconciliations and financial statements.
• Work with wider finance team and where applicable find opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices.
• Provide variance analysis and commentary on month end accounts
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
To be considered for the role you will be/have:
• Immediately Available (maximum two weeks notice)
• Newly – 2 years post qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Proven experience of producing full sets of management accounts and month end close.
• Experience working within a financial service or FCA regulated business.
3-6 months interim

3 days in the office/2 days WFH
£250-300 (Umbrella – Inside IR35)
