Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team based in **Jaipur, Rajasthan, IN**. This role is crucial for providing essential financial management and reporting services to support the company's strategic objectives. The Management Accountant will be responsible for developing and analyzing financial information to aid in management decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation. You will play a key role in improving financial processes and ensuring the integrity of financial data.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and analyzing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Managing the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to ensure accurate projections. Conducting variance analysis, identifying key trends, and providing insights to management for informed decision-making. Developing and maintaining cost accounting systems and procedures. Evaluating the financial performance of projects and product lines. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Assisting with financial audits and preparing necessary documentation. Streamlining financial reporting processes and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Supporting the implementation of new financial systems or modules. Preparing ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as required by management.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or ACCA being highly desirable. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in management accounting or a related financial role is required
