Description
Role purpose:
Responsible for book closing and R2R/P2P activities for VOIS India (consisting 2 legal entities – VISPL & VGSPL) mainly but not limited to following:
1. Procure to Pay / Accounts payable
2. Travel & Expenses
3. Employee Payroll related activities
Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 5]:
• Records and reports financial transactions and manages revenue, expense, asset, liability, and equity accounts.
• Responsible for recording accounting adjustments, accruals allocations etc.
• Vendor Ageing, Vendor Advance, Vendor Reconciliation & GR-IR Analysis, Foreign Vendor payments, GST related Invoice Reconciliation
• Employee Payroll related activities, Review of Travel Related Advances, Master Data Update, Employee Query Resolution
• Support for various audit closures
• Responsible for execution & delivery of specific finance project deliverables as defined within Project Scope & Agile delivery methodology, KPI Review and Analysis
• Work with both (CFSL & local teams) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of deliverables, support VOIS India P2P and R2R manager for any ad-hoc requests/activity
• Coordination with various teams to make sure all the controls/processes are in place
Key performance indicators [max 3]:
• Timely book closure by WD2 for VOIS India
• Complete payables management with Zero overdue ageing/outstanding in compliance with GST and other related provisions
• No compliance issues in respect to various activities performed.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
• Good working knowledge of SAP Finance module
• IND AS/IFRS concepts should be clear
• Strong communication, negotiation and Cross departmental working skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• CA/ICWA/CS/M. Com with 8-11 years of experience
• Experience working with captive units / shared services corporate finance team preferred.
