Job Summary
Ocean KnowledgeWorks Ltd. is seeking a strategic and analytical Management Consultant to support clients across Edmonton and Alberta. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, improving operational efficiency, and driving measurable organisational growth.
You will collaborate directly with leadership teams to deliver practical, data-informed recommendations and implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct business analysis and operational assessments
Identify improvement opportunities and cost-efficiency strategies
Develop strategic plans and implementation roadmaps
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops
Analyse financial and performance data
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
Support change management initiatives
Monitor project outcomes and performance metrics
Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or business operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with senior stakeholders
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
MBA or consulting firm experience is considered an asset.
