What You’ll Do:
Participate in a structured management and marketing training program
Learn the fundamentals of event marketing, brand promotions, and campaign execution
Assist in managing live marketing events and promotional campaigns
Interact directly with customers to represent client brands and messaging
Support team leadership, training, and daily operations
Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and strategy adjustments
Collaborate with senior managers to learn business operations and team developmen
