Role description:
The Management Trainee at MNL is a trainee position for students from premier B-schools with 0-2 years of pre or post MBA work experience. The candidate joins as a management trainee to be groomed for management level positions in the company. The MT position involves rotation in different departments in HR: Operations, Talent Acquisition, Training etc. for short stints to understand the functioning of the company. Upon successful completion of the training period, the candidate is promoted to Executive / Assistant Manager grade and assigned his / her permanent department.
The candidate will be assigned to the HR division and will primarily work on Talent Acquisition, training, digital transformation, process excellence, MIS operations and special projects relating to Human resources.
We encourage freshers from B-Schools based out of Delhi to apply. This is an immediate joining program.
Desired Candidate’s Profile:
• MBA from premier B-school with good grades in X, XII and graduation
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Problem solving mindset. This role requires someone who enjoys solving problems through innovation and then will be required to execute the solution
• Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
• Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure
• Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to set clear priorities and meets deadlines
• Desired Experience: 0-2 years
