Location: Behind WEH Highway Metro Station, Andheri East
Reporting To: Finance Head, Director
Team Size: 5–6 team members at factory level
Experience Required: Min 6–8 years in Accounting & Taxation
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi Role
Summary: We are seeking a highly competent Chartered Accountant to manage Accounts and Taxation functions. The candidate will oversee financial operations, compliance with statutory laws, finalization of accounts, taxation, and audit coordination while leading a small accounts team.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Compliance
• Finalization of accounts independently for a listed or private limited company. • Ensure compliance with Ind-AS and all relevant accounting standards. • Manage daily accounting, general ledger, and financial reporting functions
Taxation
•Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and other statutory requirements.
• Independently handle tax returns, payments, and assessments.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure timely implementation
MIS & Reporting
• Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Submit monthly stock and debtor statements to banks as required.
Audit & Coordination
• Liaise with internal, statutory, and cost auditors for audit and taxation matters
• Ensure timely completion of audit cycles and implementation of audit recommendations.
Imports/Exports & Investment
• Maintain accurate accounting records for import/export transactions.
• Knowledge of investment accounting will be an added advantage
Team Leadership
• Lead and manage a team of 5–6 members at the factory level.
• Ensure efficient task delegation, review, and team development.
Technical & Software Skills: • ERP Systems: Proficient in SAP (FICO module is a must). • MS Office: Advanced Excel (SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Word, and Email. • Accounting Standards: Strong command of Ind-AS. Other Requirements: • Willingness to travel to the Nashik factory 1–2 times a month. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹115,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
