• Managing the entire portfolio of NPS Annuity & Funds business Top line, Profitability and
Strategy
• Design & identify changes which are beneficial to Business& process life cycle
• Ensure strategy to be Market leaders under NPS Annuity & Funds business
• Identify & develop new sources for NPS Annuity business POP and UOS sector
• Stakeholder management Coordinate with internal department for ensuring smooth
functioning of NPS Annuity vertical
• Ensuring internal sales enablers are planned and driven like Contest & Incentives
• Provide support to the channel by providing tools like Pitches, Presentations & Marketing
material
• Tracking market & regulatory changes with regards to the NPS segment
• Month on month tracking of business source wise
• Manage & Lead a team of young professionals and ensuring team grooming
