Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Accounting & Compliance located in Bengaluru. The role involves handling financial statements, performing analytical tasks, managing journal entries, overseeing finance operations, handling tax compliances - GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI.
Mentor, Guide, Coach a Team of Semi Qualified CAs & Graduates who form part of the core team and handle client deliverables independently.
Qualifications
• Experience in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis
• Proficiency in journal entry management and accounting principles
• Knowledge of finance operations and fixed asset management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification such as CA, CPA or CMA is a plus
• Knowledge & hands on experience in Tally, Winman, Zoho and advanced level skills in Excel are a Plus.
