Reporting to Regional Finance Head
Your Roles & Responsibilities
1. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
2. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
3. Finalise Financial statement
4. Coordinating with the auditor and provide all the data required to complete the audit
5. Reporting Monthly MIS
6. Good knowledge on Direct and indirect taxes
7. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
8. Ensure monthly general ledger analysis
+. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control
10. Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes
Position Requirements
Critical Skills:
1. CA with 5-7 years of experience from real estate
2. Excellent leadership and communication skills
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Experience with SAP
5. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
6. Thorough knowledge of IND AS, general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
