1. International taxation
Taxation of foreign companies in India
International Companies Taxation
Application of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement provisions to the foreign companies earning income in India
Tax compliances for such foreign companies in India
Co-ordination with Auditors for filling of tax returns
Preparation of Financials
FEMA Compliance
2. Domestic taxation
Preparation and filling of GST returns
Timely Payment and filling of TDS, ESIC, PF, PT returns
Knowledge in labor act and compliance
Reconciliation of 26as, GSTR2A
Knowledge on statutory, tax audit and transfer pricing audits
ROC and FEMA Compliances
Knowledge on drafting and submission of replies to all statutory authorities
Qualification: Inter CA
