> Material BOM preparation on monthly basis and reporting with Cost per Unit & Total Mass Cost
>Variance Analysis - Month on Month, BP Vs Actual and FCST VS Act
> BP & FCST Preparation based on BOM with Targets
>Material Cost preparation for New (Trial) Models
> Material Cost – TP preparing Quarterly & Reporting to Alliance company
>Reconciliation of Purchase Performance with Actual Performance based BOM
Detailed Variance Analysis (All part wise) for Cost Control Models on monthly basis & Reporting to Management
>Badge Wise and Model Wise Cost Split for Profitability Reporting & Plant Performance Reporting.
> Reconciling Core Cost reports with COGS as per GL SAP data.
>Preparing Monthly Total Deliverable Cost Reporting, Total Quality Management Reporting with Budget Analysis & Chargeback Reporting.
> Mass Total Deliverable Cost Reporting, Variance analysis of overall cost at plant level.
>After Sales Parts & Export Parts Costing, Analysis and Reporting.
>New Model Cost Analysis to support Plant to get Projects Assigned.
>Make or Buy Analysis submission to Top Management, based on Process wise analysis and discussion with different Functions.
>Worked in be file the monthly GSTR-3B& GSTR-1 Online & Offline Return and GSTR 2A Reconciliation
>TDS to be Calculate, deduct in invoice by HSN Wise and
>Paid by monthly Net banking & quarterly filing
>Day to Day Activates : Maintain books of accounts in tally, accounts payable,
>Accounts receivable, create sales order & purchase order & cost tracking, journal voucher, Receipt Note, Purchase Invoice, Delivery Note, sales invoice, E-Invoice, E-way bill
>Debit note, credit note, contra, receipt and Payment.
