Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Manager – Accounts & Taxation to oversee and manage

direct and indirect taxation, financial reporting, and statutory audits for our real estate business. The

ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with a strong background in Income Tax, GST, financial

statement preparation, and audit handling, along with hands-on experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Financial Reporting

 Lead the preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and

IGAAP.

 Oversee monthly and annual book closures, general ledger review, and reconciliations.

 Ensure accurate accounting of real estate transactions including RERA compliance, revenue

recognition, and project cost allocation.

 Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial dashboards for management review.

Direct Taxation (Income Tax)

 Manage Income Tax compliance including return filing, TDS returns, advance tax calculations,

and 26AS reconciliations.

 Handle notices, assessments, appeals, and tax scrutiny cases independently.

 Work with consultants and legal advisors for complex tax issues and strategic tax planning.

Indirect Taxation (GST)

 Ensure timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C) and monthly reconciliations with books

and GSTR-2A/2B.

 Monitor Input Tax Credit and manage vendor compliance.

 Provide guidance on GST implications on joint development agreements (JDAs), lease rentals,

construction contracts, etc.

 Manage GST audits, department queries, and assessments.

Audit & Compliance

 Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for annual and interim audits.

 Prepare and review audit schedules, ensure timely closure of audit findings.

 Ensure compliance with RERA, Companies Act, FEMA, and other applicable regulations relevant

to the real estate sector.

Required Skills & Competencies

 In-depth knowledge of Income Tax Act, GST, Ind AS, and RERA provisions.

 Experience in real estate accounting practices, including revenue recognition and cost

capitalization.

 Strong command over Tally ERP/SAP/real estate ERP software.

 Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.

 Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
