Position Accounts Officer ManagerQualification CMA CAExperience 5 years in a manufacturing concernShould be capable of handling all the accounting operations including GST independentlyPreference local candidatesLocation UdaipurSalary at par with industry standardsPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Through Knowledge of MIS Working and Tally To manage day to day operations of the accounts departmentTo manage accounts payable bill payments salaries etc and receivable through cash cheque voucher in a timely mannerTo establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactionsTo maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reportsThorough working knowledge of MS Office and accounting software Especially Tally databasesEnsuring all statutory compliances and ensuring timely payment and return filingProficiency in analyzing dataTo complete and coordinate annual audits and provide recommendations for improving procedures and systems for initiating corrective actionsGeneral and Project Accounting and manufacturing activitiesBudget Forecasting activitiesFund planningHave good knowledge of banking operations LC FLC BG and be able to liason with banks
