Job Description
Reconciling bank and account balances including reconciling receivables
against bank statement, verifying retail sales, online sales and website
sales.
Reconciling monthly sales with GSTR returns and internal stock audits.
Maintaining and updating all receivable, debtor and bank Tally accounts
including sundry debtors reconciliations.
Closing monthly accounts in Tally and preparing for MIS accordingly.
Identifying, communicating and resolving store, branch and brand
queries relating to sales, receivables and stock. Including sharing and
addressing auditor queries on stock.
Verification of stores reports and preparing presentations for
management.
Preparing and sharing weekly debtors' outstanding statements and
following up with debtors on receivables.
Preparing and verifying closing stock valuation reports and cost of goods
sold statements.
Assist in preparation and presentation of monthly MIS
Assist in Finalisation of Accounts.
Preparation of GST working sheets supporting documents and
calculations for monthly returns and yearly audits.
Nurture and develop the accounting team
