We are part of the Germany company engaged into manufacture of automotive components.
We are in process of recruiting a Chartered Accountant cum Company Secretary with minimum three years of post qualification experience for our India operations to be designated as Manager - Accounts and Taxation.
The brief job responsibilities are listed below:
1. Maintaining books of accounts on daily basis
2. Periodic reconciliation of receivables and payables
3. MIS
4. GST, IT compliance
5 Compliance relating to imports and exports pertaining to banks and RBI
6. Statutory Audits under Companies Act and IT Act
7. Secretarial Compliance of Private Limited Co. and compliance with other applicable regulations.
SAP and Tally ERP knowledge will be an added advantage
