Job Description
Handle budgets. Create budget plans, find ways to reduce costs of supplies and services and monitor the flow of money to ensure you stay within the proposed budget. Work with the accounting or accounts receivable departments closely to perform these duties.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. This may include ordering supplies, scheduling, maintenance of the office’s equipment, maintaining meeting schedules and writing or reviewing contracts. The Administration Manager may see to these tasks themselves, or they may supervise employees who do these duties.
Timely Invoice Management payments to vendors as per defined process.
Manage Front Office
Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (air, lodgings, guesthouse etc.) and operations
