Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.
Responsibilities
• Work on the existing platform : Zoho CRM, Books and Reporting etc : LightsOn activities
• Data Integration Exposing API’s for external integration : eg: customer dashboards
• Enhancing Sales Motion and if required enhancing capabilities for a more seamless motion
• Integrating whatsapp with Zoho and a deep integration with CRM Leads integration
• Constant workflow improvements and reporting back KPI’s with the larger audience.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in end-to-end Zoho implementation, testing, and training
• A thorough understanding of the backend data store
• Complete understanding of the nuances of Zoho Books and Zoho CRM
• Experience in Zoho integration with other external systems for seamless business processes
• A team player with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to identify problems and find solutions to make the processes more efficient
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
