Key Responsibilities
• Lead Workday Launch projects and serve as the primary liaison between the North America and India teams.
• Assign and manage project tasks aligned with team members’ skills, experience, and developmental goals.
• Develop packaged solutions to support efficient Workday Finance configuration and implementation.
• Ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
• Provide daily status updates and professional reporting to stakeholders, primarily in North America.
• Guide team members in Workday configuration, troubleshooting , and knowledge transfer .
• Mentor India-based teams on best practices and task execution strategies.
• Reallocate tasks as necessary to maintain momentum and meet project milestones.
• Lead efforts in documentation, knowledge sharing, and compliance with Workday standards .
Required Qualifications
• Workday Finance Certification in P2P (Procure-to-Pay) or R2R (Record-to-Report) modules (module-level certifications preferred).
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Workday Launch methodology .
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience delivering clear, concise, and professional documentation and project updates.
Preferred Qualifications
• Workday Launch Certification (preferred).
• Prior Workday implementation project experience .
• Ability to mentor, coach, and support technical teams across regions.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to provide strategic input and optimize configurations.
• Experience in solution packaging and deployment automation is a plus.
