As an Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) Audit Manager at our organization, your role will involve planning and executing audits for Employee Benefit Plans. You should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in auditing EBPs, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive audit plans for Employee Benefit Plans, considering risk assessments and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and execute audits following established methodologies and standards, ensuring timely completion with high-quality standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during EBP audits, building and maintaining strong relationships by providing exceptional service.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and accounting standards related to EBPs to ensure compliance during audits.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide audit team members, providing technical expertise and support during audits.
- Review and analyze financial statements and related disclosures for accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards in audit services, conducting internal reviews for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in auditing, with a focus on EBP audits. Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with accounting and auditing software tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex audit findings.
- Leadership and Management: Proven experience in leading and managing audit teams, with strong organizational and project management skills.
