About the role
We’re seeking a Commercial Collections Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of specialist collectors to manage our Commercial portfolio and achieve optimal outcomes across credit risk, collections, cost, service, and quality.

Day-to-day, you will:
You’ll be accountable for the daily performance of the commercial credit operations team within the Customer Solutions & Australian Markets Partnerships (CS&) function
You’ll build a successful, effective and collaborative team, embodying a positive culture
You’ll demonstrates curiosity in diving deep into data to proactively uncover potential issues / and continuous improvement opportunities
You’ll provide in depth subject matter analysis and recommendations
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
Great communication and interpersonal skills – ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels
People management skills and an ability to motivate, coach and lead a team
Experience in a high-volume credit management function
Exposure to receivership, administration and liquidations.
Demonstrated skills in developing, writing and delivering management reports specifically around operational metrics
