Responsibilities
• Independently managing short term and long term projects in the area of legal and paralegal services
• Developing and deploying a service delivery model for the project
• Conducting effort estimation and resource planning in accordance with the timelines specified by client
• Designing and implementing Quality Framework and QC Methodology
• Ensuring required Risk Management framework in place for the project
• Tracking progress at various stages; Identifying bottle necks and resolving issues
• Point of Contract for all client escalations
• Ensuring 100% SLA adherence
• Lead governance meetings with client
• Understand process gaps and risks and implement solutions
• Continuously contribute towards business growth
Qualifications
• Excellent delivery management and solutioning skills
• Strong knowledge about legal outsourcing industry including contract management, litigation management, eDiscovery, legal research and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Critical reasoning
• Knowledge about Contract Lifecycle Management platforms
• Strong negotiation skills
• Client Relationship Management
• Basic Understanding of quality methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, kaizen etc.
