Job Description
Drafting and/or reviewing of legal contracts/agreements/documents, including treasury
agreements, agreements related to buying/selling of pool, as well as other vendor contracts,
retainer contracts, etc., to make sure that they are
(a) compliant with all the applicable laws;
(b) incorporate all internal policy requirements and
(c) in consonance with the company's interest. Provide proactive, practical and qualitative legal
support and guidance on various legal matters, and shall possess good research skills.
Education
Law degree from a recognized university
Specialized Knowledge
Legal knowledge.
Skill Set (Must)
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Skill Set (Desired)
Prior experience ofa banking/financial institution is preferable
Experience Range
5-6+ years
Salary Bracket (Gross)
Up to 12 LPA
