Position: Manager/Asst. Manager – Costings, MIS & Receivables
Job Location: Uganda (East Africa)
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Cost and management accountant or equivalent professional qualification / ICWA
· 5-10 years of progressive experience in finance, costing, and MIS.
· Exposure to FMCG industry is a must
Key Responsibilities
· Costing & Budgeting
o Develop and maintain costing systems for products and processes.
o Analyze cost structures and recommend cost optimization strategies.
o Prepare annual budgets and monitor variances.
· MIS (Management Information Systems)
o Design and implement MIS reports for management decision-making.
o Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial and operational data.
o Support digital transformation initiatives for data analytics.
· Receivables Management
o Oversee credit control and receivables collection processes.
o Implement policies to minimize overdue accounts and bad debts.
o Liaise with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth cash flow.
