Duties And Responsibilities
• Candidate would be leading end-to-end Dialer management for assigned Contact Centre
• Responsible to work in close tandem with onsite Dialer Executives (Partner/Vendor employees) for BAU strategy execution
• Receives direct communication from Business SPOCs for campaign/data management
• Coordinates with all Product/Account/Business SPOCs for daily Campaign management & Dialer BAU
• Accountable for the daily setup of and monitoring of calling campaigns & strategies
• Responsible for seamless dialer execution through the day
• Should identify potential non-efficient campaigns/data-sets & inform respective stakeholders accordingly
• Real-time altering campaign execution parameters to maximize efficiency/effectiveness
• Devise & execute database strategy (in tandem with Business teams) for Outbound Calling
• Liaison & escalates to IT for all issues/ technical assistance (CISCO, SIP, etc.)
• Flag-off necessary cautions with respective stakeholders regarding KPI’s

Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of active outbound Dialer management in a Contact Centre
Skills
• Should have first-hand experience in Contact Centre Dialer Management
• Experience on CISCO (& Genesys) preferred
Additional Skills (non-mandatory)
• Experience on CISCO (& Genesys) would be an added advantage
• Know-how of market-wide dialer applications/tools.
