Job Purpose
To ensure end to end dataflow and master data management for Collections Team
Duties And Responsibilities
• Bridge between the business team and technical team for Data analysis
• Consult on data related automation framework knowing the new technology stack if any
• Act as a business analyst to take the information, document it and flow the output to end user
• Ensure maintenance of developed reports and data for further enhancements.
• Training team members on technology stack and reviewing their progress
• Explore new tech stack as per use cases and problem statement of business
• To deliver the final output in a consumable form to business users
• Consult on optimization of large SQL queries to fine tune for performance of reports.
• User engagement on training them on technology consumption with continuous feedbacks.
Major Challenges
• Data verification
• Ensuring correct and timely data flow to the business in coordination with the IT department
• Migration of the manually maintained data to system for automation
• Collation of the data from multiple data sources within short span of time
