Job Description
Purpose: A Digital Marketing professional is responsible for planning, executing, and measuring the success of a Digital IRE & Finishing School’s online marketing efforts. The specific job duties and responsibilities of a Digital Marketing profile may include:
Responsibilities
• Build our digital marketing roadmap for GIBS – IRE Digital School
• Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with the
overall business goals
• Creating and managing content for the Digital IRE & Finishing School’s channels, including websites, social media platforms, and blogs
• Managing and executing email marketing campaigns, social media advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
• Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
• Oversee our social media accounts
• Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Conducting market research to understand consumer behavior and trends, and
using the insights to inform marketing strategies
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing,
and making recommendations to the leadership team
• Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, using tools
such as Google Analytics, and making data-driven decisions to improve results
• Understand consumer needs and behaviors, identify brand positioning & Identify
brand opportunities and challenges for growth and development
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product development, design,
and sales, to ensure the success of digital marketing initiatives
Qualifications
• Proven work experience as a Digital marketing Manager. Experience in handling
team of min 5 to 8 members
• Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channel’s function
• Should be a youtuber
• Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
• Should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies
•Key Skills: Ad Campaigns (Google/Facebook etc), Lead Generation, YouTube
