Job Description
1. Managing client servicing activities related to F&A for small to medium corporate clients.
2. Managing client servicing activities related to compliances and payroll.
3. Overseeing accounting and bookkeeping activities.
4. Preparation & finalization of financial statements.
5. Managing accounting of expenses, overseeing writing cheques and making payments to vendors suppliers.
6. Reconciling Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Interco and other accounts.
7. Managing cash and bank accounts including bank reconciliations.
8. Managing payroll, employee benefits and reimbursements and taxation.
+. Management of applicable compliances - TDS, GST, Profession Tax, Provident Fund and ESI matters.
10. Preparation of budgets and MIS Reports for clients.
Knowledge and Skills required –
1. Sound knowledge of corporate accounting practices, procedures, and policies.
2. Knowledge, experience, and passion for Client servicing.
3. Knowledge and experience in industries like Services, Trading or Manufacturing.
4. Abilities to multitask and handle multiple clients.
5. Abilities to lead & manage a group of accountants and guide/manage their work.
6. Abilities to plan work and execute the client deliverables through delegation.
7. Presentable and good communication skills, both oral and written.
8. Pro-active, dynamic, energetic and go-getter.
Software and Accounting Packages –
1. Working experience in Tally or Quick-books or other similar ERP
2. Expertise in handling MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
3. Familiar with handling online bank payments, RTGS, NEFT
