management for creating positive impact for society and environment. E[co]work is
pioneering for the formalization and integration of informal e-waste recycling sector by
providing training and setting up a co-working facility for e-waste micro-entrepreneurs. We
aim to become a leading, worldwide replicable solution for transforming current
predominant inefficient, unsound and mostly informal recycling practices to a safe, sound

For our first E[co]work space in Delhi, Ghaziabad Area, we are looking for support in
Finance and Account Manager
Key roles and primary responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Manage the accounting function of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management and external funding organizations
• Manage the audit and tax compliance process, ensuring timely and accurate filings
• Provide financial guidance and support to the team, e.g. sales, marketing, and operations
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities
• Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities for the organization
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team
Other tasks (but not limited to):
• Assist with administrative tasks
• Support in fundraising activities
• Maintaining HR related documents like appointment, offer and termination letters

• 2+ years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques
• Proven ability to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Experience with financial software and systems, such as Zohoos
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and spoken Hindi and English skills
As finance and account manager you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health
and stability of our organization. We expect sound financial management practices and
strategies. The job requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills,
enthusiasm for building up financial processes and policies, strategic and solution
oriented thinking.
