Manage overall corporate budgeting preparation, management and monitoring process.
Prepare and analyze Financial modelling required for attracting investments.
Ability to manage Debt. Equity and managing Investor Relationship.
Managing Monthly/Quarterly/Annual book closing ensure financial reports are prepared and delivered on time.
Review financial data for accuracy, correctness and completeness.
Planning and documentations of appraisal of project cost, banks and other statutory authorities.
Monitoring Generating financial reports wrt budgets.
Handling GST/TDS/Income Tax matters.
Any other assignments from time to time.
